The Remarkable Reti

I learnt how to disscuss in a group.

First we read in groups and we read the first page.

Next we recorded our disscussion. Some of the people in our dissagreed with the question and some of people agreed with some peoples quetions. The leader asked who is the man is the picture, What is the man doing, Why is the doing, How is the man doing. The comprehender had to pass the question on to other people. The antagonist had to dissagree and why. The clarifier has check the groups understanding.

I enjoyed this activity because I lernt to disscussion with people. I need to improve talking with people. I did well on having confidance to talk to people.

Seed Banks

Seed Banks are kept cool and the seeds banks keep native plants.

Seed banks keep seeds. They keep native plants, food and plants.

I predict the the text was going to be about how to plant a plant

Seed banks are kept for the future.

 

Mass

I learnt the different masses of different objects.

First we scaled a box. The box has 5 kgs because the box has things inside of the box so the box is 5 kilograms.

Next we scaled a hand sanitiser. The hand sanitiser is 1 pound because it has some liquid in the bottle.

Lastly we scaled the 3d egg. We found out how much the 3d egg mass is. The 3d egg is 73 gram.

I enjoyed this activity because I got to scale different objects. I did well on figuring out what the mass of objects is. I need to improve finding items that have more mass because my first item was my shoe and my shoe was not sensitive for the bathroom scale.

 

HPE

I learnt that the places in ki o rahi.

First we watched a video about how ki o rahi was started. The purpose of Ki o Rahi is peace.

Next we played a practice game of Taniwha vs Kionma. If the coach said taniwha the taniwha ran the oppistite way and the kionma has to chase the . If the coach yelled Kionma the taniwha have to chase the Kionma.

Then we did a test about the names of the areas. The names are Te roto, Te marama, Te ara. Te ao. The objeect are key, po.

I enjoyed this activity because I learnt the spots in ki o rahi. I need to improve on passing the ball. I did well on accuracy

Google Meet

I learnt how to write a polite email.

First we learnt what we need to in a class Google Meet. We need to mute our mic and turn on our camera.

Next we practiced etiquette for our google meet.

I enjoyed this activity because I learnt how to write a polite email. I need to improve writing a better polite email. I did well on keeping my mic off.

Infrerence

Inference means to take a guess at extra information.

Inference is taking a guess for example. I can see that the girl has a dog. So  can infer that she loves dogs.

Inference is taking a guess at information at information that we don’t.

 

Audinces

Audince means lots of people watching somthing that is livestreamed, Live or pre recorded.

There are 3 diffrenet types of audince. These are

Individual means 1 person as an audiance.

Group means a group of people as an audince.

Everyone means everyone is your audince.

Football Skills

I revised on some football skills.

First we revised on passing. To pass I pointed my left foot to the person I wanted to pass to. When I was ready to pass I used force and kicked the ball to my classmate.

Next we played a relay race. The team on the oppisiteside would pass it to each other until my team and the oppisite  team all touched the ball. When everyone had a turn the whole team sat down.

Lastly we played a game at the end. There were 2 teams a yellow team and a blue. We passed the ball inbewteen eachother. The first team to pass the ball in their team 5 times without the other team touching you win. My team lost because we did not keep control of the ball.

I enjoyed this activity because I revised on some football skills. I did well on passing. I need to improve on keeping the ball in control

Maori Numbers

I learnt about the maori numbers.

First Whaea Odie put down cards and we had to say the numbers in maori for example if Whaea Odie put down 3 tens it would be 30 if Wheae Odie put down 4 tens and a ace it would be wha tekau ma tahi beacause the ace is tahi.

Next she placed down 2 cards on the floor and we had to guess it as fast as possiable. It got harder and harder every time we guessed the number.

Lastly she put down 3 and 4 for example. If she put 3 ten cards down and 4 it would be 34 if she put down 4 and a 10 it would be 14. She also made it tricky for us.

I enjoyed this activity because I learnt harder numbers. I need to improve on saying the numbers. I did well on  answering quickly
